How does this testing works with hair samples?
The science behind the test is based on the principle of bioresonance testing, that uses electromagnetic frequencies from hair bulb cells. These frequencies are compared to a database of substances (foods, minerals, etc.) to detect potential sensitivities or imbalances. It’s non-invasive, safe, and suitable for most individuals.
3. Is this test suitable for diagnosing allergies, lactose intolerance, or coeliac disease?
This is a sensitivity/intolerance test, not a diagnostic allergy test. It does not measure antibody levels, so it cannot confirm immune-based reactions such as (InmunoCAP test). However it is an insightful, non-invasive and affordable method for identifying likely intolerances and imbalances.
4. How accurate and reliable is hair-based sensitivity testing?
Hair-based testing is a fast, non-invasive method that many users find helpful for identifying likely sensitivities and imbalances. Though it’s not a medical test, it has helped thousands make meaningful changes. It falls under Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM).
5. What do the “reactivity levels” in the test results mean?
🔴 High – likely causing symptoms; remove for 6–8 weeks.
🟠 Moderate – may contribute to symptoms; consider avoiding for 4–6 weeks.
🟢 No Reactivity – within optimal range; usually safe to consume.
6. What should I do after receiving my results?
We recommend booking a consultation to discuss your results and agree an individualised plan. This make contain an elimination diet based (EDB) in light of your results (e.g. by temporarily eliminating high and moderate reactivity items).
